They can also be placed in the white metal lock box located on our pump station garage - 13205 Vashon Highway SW. Please - no cash payments with this method!
You can pay in our business office located at Parker Plaza 17232 Vashon Highway SW. Office hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There is a mail slot next to the office door for after hours payments.
If you are unable to make your payment by the due date of the last day of the billing month, please call the business office at 463-0014 to discuss payment arrangements.
There will be a $60 fee to reconnect your meter after disconnection for nonpayment of past due bills.
Please note that landlords are responsible for seeing that tenants keep their account current.
On-line payments through your bank
Heights Water business office receives many questions regarding bill payment methods. Many of you choose to pay on-line through your bank. This preferred method can be slower than you might imagine. At a minimum, your on-line payment takes one week to reach the Heights Water office as it is sent via U.S. mail. Since your bill is due by the last day of the billing month, if your payment is scheduled for payment after the 20th of the month there may be an occasional problem with Heights receiving it by the due date. (Holidays, weekends, slow mail, etc.) To avoid late charges, when you have virtually made your payment on time, please schedule your banking-on-line payment to be paid before the 20th of the billing month.
